Group training sessions (from 18 years old) have the following schedules:
- Tuesday: 7 am and 7:30 pm Sum (every 15 days we go to the gym at 8:30pm)
- Thursday: 7 am Swim, 7:30pm Run
- Friday: Bike (Midday)
- Sunday: Bike
The training locations will be notified in advance. We can train in the swimming pool, gym, athletics track or bicycle routes.
